Return & Refund Policy for MahiNet

Refund Eligibility:

1.1. MahiNet, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in India, offers refunds under specific circumstances.

1.2. Refunds are applicable only if MahiNet fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the subscribed plan.

Refund Process:

2.1. To request a refund, customers must contact MahiNet’s customer support team at support@mahinet.in within [X] days from the date of the issue.

2.2. The refund request must include the following details:

a) Customer name and contact information

b) Account details (if applicable)

c) Reason for the refund request

d) Any supporting documentation or evidence of the issue

Refund Approval:

3.1. MahiNet will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Refunds are subject to approval by MahiNet’s management team.

3.3. MahiNet reserves the right to deny a refund if the issue is found to be due to customer misuse, violation of terms and conditions, or circumstances beyond MahiNet’s control.

Refund Disbursement:

4.1. If the refund request is approved, MahiNet will initiate the refund process within 3 business days.

4.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the subscription or as mutually agreed upon with the customer.

Non-Refundable Items:

5.1. Installation charges, one-time setup fees, or any other non-recurring charges are non-refundable.

5.2. Refunds are not applicable for services that have been partially or fully consumed by the customer.

Discontinued Services:

6.1. If MahiNet discontinues a service subscribed to by the customer, refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the service on a pro-rata basis.

6.2. Customers will be notified in advance of any discontinuation of services.
